If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.

“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

“Website” refers to ekum.co.in, accessible from https://ekumstore.in

“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order before shipment. This cancellation can be done via the App or the web version of www.ekumstore.in

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

As a policy we do not provide refund or accept returns on any product sold. However 

you can definitely exchange in special cases. You can read our exchange policy below.

Exchange Policy 

We only allow exchange of products only if there is a manufacturing defect or if there is a damage in transit. All our products are handmade with utmost care and love. All product dimensions and sizes are mentioned on each product. It is suggested that you verify the size before placing the order We do not entertain exchanges for size related issues.

To exchange: Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at ekumsmartsolutions@gmail.com  with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. We will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us. You should send the goods to the following address:

(We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery)

When we deliver your exchanged product, Ekum Smart Solutions will take care of the shipping. Ekum Smart Solutions reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing exchanges.

Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of usage will not be eligible for returns or exchange.
